We grind, polish, and seal terrazzo and stone floors in schools, civic buildings, healthcare facilities, and heritage properties, around the building's schedule. Past work includes Queen's Park's Whitney Block and a GTA school board whose terrazzo we restore each summer.

Overview
Institutional floors take decades of heavy public traffic, and many are original terrazzo that can't be replaced like for like. We restore them instead of covering them, work within occupancy and heritage rules, and can look after several buildings on a regular schedule. We record each visit so your facilities team can plan its budget.
Surfaces we restore
Step by step
We look at the floors and tell you whether to restore or replace, and when an older floor needs testing before work starts.
You get a plan in stages that fits the school calendar or the building's public hours.
Schools are done mostly in summer, with overflow at winter break, and civic and healthcare sites in the evenings, on weekends, or one wing at a time.
We can come back on a set schedule across several buildings and record each visit for capital planning.
Portfolio
Heritage marble staircases restored inside the Whitney Block at Queen's Park. New treads were cut to match the original veining and fitted while the government offices stayed open.
