Is this for a home or a commercial property?

So we can check you're in our area and quote sooner.

Send these two photos for each damaged spot

  • Wide shot of a full stone surface showing overall context1

    The whole area

The full counter, floor, or wall in daylight.

  • Close-up of stone damage lit at a raking angle2

    The damage, up close

30 to 60 cm away, with your phone light shone low across the stone.

These slow the quote down:

  • One blurry shot from across the room
  • Filters or HDR, which hide etching
  • Inspiration photos instead of your stone

You can also email photos to [email protected] or call for the fastest reply.

How it works

Three steps: send photos, restore, protect.

The steps are the same for a single counter or a whole commercial floor.

  1. 01

    Send photos

Send a few photos, or ask us to visit. We reply within one business day, and can often price the job from the photos. You get a clear quote before work starts.

  2. 02

    Restore

We clean, repair, and polish, using the method that suits your stone: marble, granite, limestone, travertine, terrazzo, slate, or engineered stone.

  3. 03

    Protect

We seal the stone and recommend the right cleaners, plus a maintenance plan if you want one.

What to send

Photos tell us more than a long description.

The more we can see, the sooner we can tell you whether the stone needs cleaning, polishing, repair, sealing, or replacing.

  • Photos of the whole surface, plus close-ups of the damage
  • Stone type if you know it: marble, granite, terrazzo, limestone, travertine, quartz, or not sure
  • Property type: home, condo, hotel, office, store, institution, or contractor project
  • Your city, timing, any access limits, and whether the space is in use
