Condos downtown and in King West usually need etch removal and grout work in small kitchens. Homes in Yorkville and North Toronto more often need a whole marble island or ensuite floor ground back and polished. Before the first visit to a tower, we confirm loading dock access and whether the building needs a certificate of insurance.

Dull rings and cloudy patches left by wine, citrus, cleaners, and cosmetics. They have to be polished out.
Oil, wine, rust, and other stains soaked into stone. We identify the stain first so the treatment doesn't do more damage.
Stained, mouldy, or crumbling grout in showers and wet areas, cleaned or replaced, recaulked, and sealed to keep water out.
Fine lines and scuffs from grit, knives, and dragged furniture, smoothed out and polished to match the rest of the stone.
Chipped edges, broken corners, and hairline cracks filled with colour-matched epoxy, levelled, and polished to blend in.
Honing and polishing that bring back the shine on dull floors, counters, showers, and lobbies.
Pinhead holes in granite and other stone, filled with epoxy, levelled flush, and polished so the surface looks even again.
Tiles set at different heights, ground flat so the floor feels smooth underfoot and reflects light evenly.
Stone dulled by ground-in dirt, soap film, and old coatings, deep cleaned so polishing and sealing can do their job.
