About this stone
Terrazzo is marble, glass, or stone chips set in cement or epoxy, poured in place or laid as tiles. Many GTA offices, condos, schools, and shops built from the 1950s on have it. Wax yellows it, grit wears it unevenly, and chips open up.
Coatings trap dirt and have to be stripped before polishing. Epoxy and cement terrazzo polish differently, so we confirm which you have first. We grind and polish while the building stays open.

Where you see it
Finishes we restore: Polished (chips show through a gloss) · Waxed (older upkeep, usually stripped first) · Honed matte (areas that need more grip)
Restore vs replace
Replacing terrazzo means jackhammers and long closures. Grinding and polishing costs far less per square foot, and we work overnight or one area at a time so corridors stay open.
Problems we fix
Pick what you're seeing. The fix depends on the damage and on how terrazzo reacts to it.
